Department description: The Mathematics courses offered give an important insight into the applications of the skills learned.

At A level, there are a range of courses to choose from. The subject areas consist of pure mathematics, mechanics, statistics and decision mathematics. These can be seen in the A Level Handbook, available during the application procedure for Sixth Form entry.
